‘You Can’t Win’; Leval Denies Promised Refunds in Player’s Advantage

The television commercial for the July “You Can’t Lose” promotion at the Leval Casino Hotel begins with the phrase, “We made a mistake when Leval opened.”

Unfortunately for the $2.4 billion Atlantic City Resort, which went through Chapter 11 bankrupt earlier this year, the “You Can’t Lose” promotion may turn out to be the biggest mistake.

The promotion suggested that gamblers refund cumulative losses between $100 and $100,000 during the month of July.

But this problem seems very simple. But it puts Mr. Rebel in trouble because the print is not properly printed (in some cases).

Refunds are available in the form of free slot play, 5% weekly for 20 weeks. And to claim a refund, you’ll need to visit the Rebel weekly to claim a refund for that part.

At first glance, the promotion appeared to be paying dividends to Rebel, as it posted $23.4 million in slot and table gaming revenue, a 33% increase over July. 에볼루션 바카라사이트

But it remains to be seen how much money the casino can hold. New Jersey residents Megan Boyd and Laken Henderson are suing the casino in federal court, claiming that the promotion was a trick.

Casino City has been told that at least two other gamblers who traveled to Atlantic City to participate in the promotion are no longer welcome to participate, and that losses between $10,000 and $12,500 each will not be refunded.

According to the two players involved, there may be more gamblers with similar stories, but we don’t know how many.
