The New Jersey sportsbook is going through a lot, including some penalties for two of them.

Fines for DraftKings and Rush Street Interactive:

In late October, David Rebuck, director of Division Gaming Enforcement, fined DraftKings Sportsbook and Rush Street Interactive, the companies that own the popular BetRivers sportsbooks.

DraftKings will have to pay $7,500 in fines, while Rush Street will have to pay less than $2,000. 슬롯머신

DraftKings Sportsbook NJ was fined first in the state after it was discovered that self-exempts could create new accounts and bet on them, and was fined Oct. 24 after the complaint was filed in August.

According to an AP News report, the fine for Rush Street was imposed on October 25, and the company failed to comply with regulations issued by the regulator for events held between March 2020 and April 17, 2020, and those not approved on September 18, 2021, such as July 18, 2021.

Regulations require all sports pool operators to meet the requirements, such as the lounge having “sufficient square feet to ensure optimal security of the facility.”

The space must be fully equipped with security and surveillance equipment that Rush Street does not have. There were also issues with internal controls. All pool operators are required to submit all the details required by the internal controls for all of their parts.

Regulators must approve control before operations can begin, and Rush Street was making pre-match bets related to matches that had already begun.

Confiscation of Atlantic City:
