The 31st edition of the Oklahoma Classic offers nearly $1 million in wallets across eight stakes races. It has also become a night for the track to celebrate Oklahoma-owned businesses and non-profits, a tradition that continues with this year’s second Oklahoma Craft Classics Beer Festival.

“The Oklahoma Classic is a night for Remington Park to celebrate everything in Oklahoma, especially the thoroughbred athletes, riders and riders who grew up in Oklahoma,” said Matt Vance, executive vice president of racing at Remington Park. “The night also offers an opportunity to shine a light on Oklahoma business and support our state’s nonprofit through the Crafts Classic Beer Festival.”

The Kraft Classic Beer Festival will be held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., featuring products from the Oklahoma-based brewery. A portion of the event’s profits will be beneficial to Remington Park Charities.

The festival will include Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City, Lively Beerworks in Oklahoma City, Broken Brewery in Oklahoma City, StoneCloud Brewery in Oklahoma City, Iron Monk Brewery in Stillwater, Prairie Artisan Ailes in Oklahoma City, Cross Timbers Brewery in Oklahoma City, and Madhopper Brewery in Oklahoma City.

VIP tickets for the Kraft Classic Beer Festival are $45 and include early entry to the festival, tasting mugs, $5 racing vouchers and $10 free casino play. The first 100 VIP ticket holders receive Kraft Classic T-shirts. General admission is $35 and admission is available from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., with a tasting cup, a $5 racing voucher and $10 free casino play. Tickets are available at Remington Parkcombe. You must be 21 years old or older with a valid photo ID to purchase a beer festival ticket.

Charities supported by Remington Park include autistic Oklahoma, breast cancer survivors Oklahoma, citizens caring for children, the Oklahoma City Police Department’s Family Awareness and Community Teamwork (FACT) Division, Perpetual Disability Jockey Fund, Pivot, Positive Tomorrow, Urban Bridge, Warriors for Freedom Foundation, Wovenlife and the Oklahoma Racehorse Retirement Program.
