This event, which started in 2017 and marks its fifth anniversary this year, is a program where Bloomings players experience mentoring by jointly training with high school elite basketball players.
Twenty-seven basketball players from Bundang Management High School, Sookmyung Girls’ High School, and Chuncheon Girls’ High School will attend the event. On the 3rd day, Kim Hyung-chul, CEO of the RP Sports Center, held a class under the theme of “Injury Prevention & Nutrition and Recovery.” 에볼루션 바카라사이트
Mainly, players’ injury prevention methods and taping education were conducted. In addition, classes on nutrition and water intake that players can overlook were also held.
Kim Ga-hee of Chuncheon Girls’ High School said, “I am not that good at taping. You are kind and give me detailed information. It was easy to understand. I think I will be able to tap in the future,” adding, “My knees were not good originally. I will continue to do preventive exercises even when I go to school to prevent injuries.”
Meanwhile, Chuncheon Girls’ High School participated in the ‘Dreams Come Ture’ camp for the first time. When asked how she felt, she said, “I learned a lot from watching you guys do it. It was so good, and it was nice to be with amazing sisters. In particular, I learned a lot from watching (Cho) Su-ah. They are in the same position and originally liked them. I learned their role as a guard and how to dribble.”
When asked about the order that impressed me the most during this camp, he said, “I played a mini game with professional sisters on day 1. It was my first time running with them. I learned a lot from them while watching them play. I saw their passion outside the court. That really gave me motivation.”
Kim Ga-hee, who learned and felt a lot through the camp, said, “What’s important is to practice this inside the court. I had weaknesses in defense during the game. Now I want to show better performances. To do that, I need to show that from the training. I want to focus more on bad practices and defense.”
One reply on ““I want to show you a different side of me””
Keep up the fantastic work!
