Lee Kang-in and Kim Min-jae also “Huck” in “Shuttle Run of Fear.”a scientific team training for the national soccer team

The South Korean national soccer team, led by coach Jurgen Klinsmann, will play the first round of the evaluation in October against Tunisia at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on the 13th. After that, the venue will be moved to Suwon World Cup Stadium on the 17th to hold the second match against Vietnam.

It is already the third day of training for the national soccer team. Only Son Heung-min, who had a groin injury, remained indoors and devoted himself to recovery by riding a cycle and receiving a massage. The rest of the players attended the team training at 4 p.m. and entered the competition. 안전놀이터

The players looked very bright when they stretched and warmed up. Kim Min-jae and Hwang Hee-chan sat side by side and exchanged jokes. The youngest members, including Lee Kang-in and Seol Young-woo, also played a joke. The oldest Kim Tae-hwan said, “The youngest members have been smiling ever since they won the Asian Games gold medal. Thanks to this, the atmosphere of the national team is very bright.”

Of the 24 players, as many as 13 are from overseas. Those who come from different time lags should be in their best condition in a short period of time. It is necessary to objectively check which player is in which physical condition. The national soccer team managed the players in a scientific way.

Three goalkeepers and 20 players except Son Heung-min stood side by side on the field. They were given a “shuttle run” to return 20M distances within a set time. It may seem easy at first, but it is a scary training that even professional players are getting tongue-in-cheek.

As expected, it was like the national soccer team. No player, no matter the position, fell behind. All the players crossed the finish line with ease. However, as the number of times increased, the players’ breathing became increasingly rough. Before I knew it, my back was soaked in sweat. The players also tested their resilience while walking after finishing the shuttle run in the 25th inning.

An official from the Korea Football Association said, “Shuttlean is supposed to be played until he falls behind, but I took it lightly because the game is coming up. The players are all wearing vests with sensors on their chests. During the shuttle run, information such as heart rate, speed, activity, and resilience are recorded on the computer in real time. Based on this, the coaching staff checks the players’ conditions and reflects them in the starting list, he explained.

The level of sports science has changed from the past when he simply looked at his condition with the naked eye. Athletes wear sensors even during the race and are measured how fast they ran for a total distance of several kilometers. The players’ location information is also transmitted in real time, so tactics can be devised much faster. It became possible to correct the tactics in the second half by pointing out the wrong points of the players in the first half.
