Kansas City Catcher Prospect Um Hyung-chan Promoted to Single A

Kansas City Royals catcher prospect Um Hyung-chan (20) will leave Arizona.

The Royals’ player development department announced the promotion of Um Hyung-chan through its official X (formerly Twitter) account on the 25th (Korea Standard Time). 바카라사이트 추천

Along with Aldrin Lucas, Um Hyung-chan was promoted from rookie level Arizona Complex League (ACL) Royals to single A Columbia.

Um Hyung-chan played in 27 games for the ACL Royals this season, hitting 0.310 (31 hits in 100 at-bats) with a .400 slugging percentage of .500 four home runs and 16 RBIs.

The Royals introduced that Um Hyung-chan recorded an OPS of 1.044 in scoring opportunities and ranked in the top 15 ACLs in batting average, slugging percentage and OPS.

Um Hyung-chan, who made his ACL debut last year, left the rookie league for the first time in his second season and advanced to Single A.

Um Hyung-chan, who graduated from Gyeonggi High School, signed with Kansas City in July 2022.
