Harrah’s Atlantic City Announces $56 Million Coastal Tower Plan

Hara’s resort of Atlantic City today announced plans for a $56 million renovation of its rooms and suites to the Coastal Tower, which includes 507 finely decorated rooms and suites and will be complete in its entirety by the summer of 2019. The room and suites upgrade is part of Caesars Entertainment’s more than $250 million investment in the Atlantic City Casino Resort over the past four years, including a $125 million Waterfront Conference Center, a renovated full-after-dark nightclub, and the recent debut of the Gordon Ramsay Steak, a seven-Michelin-star chef and TV personality’s first three-week local steakhouse concept.

Harrah’s Resort will work with MPM Studios, a local design house, to redesign and improve the 507 rooms and suites currently in the Harbor Tower to create an in-room customer experience. The coastal cabin, which will boast approximately 450 square feet of space, will offer new design elements similar to the resort’s Bayview cabin, featuring modern furniture, including rich colors in lavender and blue emphasis colors that contrast white and gray tones, and a vanity dress area. The newly designated modern bathroom will offer oversized showers and signature amenities.

For business-minded travelers who want to stay connected, all of the hard-wired costal rooms and suites will be tech-heavy, with 55-inch LG LED televisions as well as high-speed internet access and available charging stations.
