Thursday’s announcement confirmed the start of preliminary work on a project site located on an artificial island called Al-Marzan Island in Ras al-Qaima.
Bauer International FZE, a German-based foundation work specialist, announced that it has been appointed to carry out “charging and activation work” for casino resorts. “Bauer started preparing for construction at the project site,” it added.

Wynn Resorts announced in January 2022 that it has joined developer Marjan Properties and hotel and leisure operator RAK Hospitality Holding LLC in its Middle East project. The facility, which includes games, has been described as a $2 billion venture in which Wynn Resorts is an equity partner and operator.
The project, which will be named “Win Resort,” is set to open “early 2027,” according to a joint press release Thursday from Marjan, RAK Hospitality Holding and Wynn Resorts.
The development will include “more than 1,000 room hotels, luxury shopping malls, state-of-the-art conference and convention facilities, dedicated spas, more than 10 restaurants and lounges, various entertainment options, game areas and other amenities.” 경마
In February this year, CEO Craig Billings told investment analysts that the company was “in the latter stages of the program” for the Las Al-Kaima complex in response to Wynn Resorts’ fourth-quarter 2022 earnings report. “I expect we’ll be building a stake for the foundation of real estate by the middle of the year,” he added at the time.
